Overall, it was a very nice hotel comparatively. Checkin was fast, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, excellent location, cleanest and most organized hotel fitness center I've ever been to! I stayed in a European studio king, perfect size & layout for me. Great view of downtown, comfortable bed and plenty of storage for a weekend stay without looking cluttered.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very pleasant, and the bar was enjoyable. it was also great that there’s a Starbucks downstairs.

Great sized room. The bed was comfortable. I really loved the shower it was clean and really warm. Private and only key access to the elevator. Very easy to pick up with Uber and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Water in the fridge and nice size TV. The gym was nice and clean.

The hotel was beautiful right upon entering the building. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The beds, pillows and blankets were clean and super comfortable! It was also very convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel!

Very nicely appointed, comfortable rooms and great room size. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating (classic Texan hospitality!), and though weren't able to give us the room we had booked, upgraded us and gave more than adequate compensation. Location is great for anything in downtown.

The location is the most central you can imagine. A really good spot if you like to go out. The room is very modern and nice (the hotel open a couple of years ago). Starbucks is downstairs, so no issue getting a good morning coffee (for those who consider Starbucks good).

The location was perfect for me. They allowed me to check in early which was a lifesaver. The room was very modern and spacious with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. They even had makeup remover wipes which I was also grateful for. Housekeeping was very nice and kindly got more tea for me after I requested it.

The hotel offers self laundry service which was very important to me. The rooms were clean and photos are very accurate about their size and amenities. It is quite small for 2 people and their luggage, but if you are on a short stay, it is big enough. When booking and also when checking in I was informed that there is no room cleaning service. But every day there housekeeping is on the floor and asking if you need anything so clean towels, water bottles, ... were always available.

The staff was just so friendly and the place was spotless. It was also conveniently located to the Brown center. Just a 12 minute walk.

And there are many food venues nearby > The frontdesk team upon my check-in were stellar > Modern minimalist yet comfortably furnished room > I liked that the bathroom shower products were in refillable stationary larger containers and the bar soap was made for adult hands
